We process and dispatch orders within 3-5 business days from the date of order placement. Please note that our business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

2. Shipping Methods:

We offer standard shipping for all orders within India. The shipping carrier may vary depending on the destination and the size of the package.

3. Shipping Charges:

Slazyclub provides FREE shipping for COD orders above Rs. 999 in India. For Pre-paid orders 5% discount is provided.

4. Order Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email and SMS. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and estimated delivery date of your package.

5. Delivery Timeframe:

The estimated delivery time for standard shipping within India is usually between 5 to 7 business days from the date of dispatch. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the delivery location and external factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions and logistics delays.

6. Non-Delivery or Delayed Delivery:

In case of non-delivery or delayed delivery, we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly. However, we are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, transportation-related delays, or inaccurate shipping information provided by the customer.

7. Delivery Address:

Please ensure that you provide accurate and complete shipping information, including the correct delivery address, contact number, and any special instructions for the delivery person. We will not be responsible for non-delivery or mis delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

8. Delivery Attempts:

Our shipping partner will attempt to deliver the package to the provided address. If the delivery is unsuccessful due to the recipient’s unavailability or if the provided address is inaccessible, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, we may contact you to arrange for re-delivery or provide a refund, excluding shipping charges.

9. Undeliverable Packages:

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to reasons beyond our control, we will attempt to contact you to resolve the issue. If we are unable to reach you or if you request a refund, we will refund the order amount, excluding shipping charges.

10. Shipping Restrictions:

Please note that we currently ship only within India. We do not offer international shipping.

11. Shipping Holidays:

During peak seasons or public holidays, there may be delays in processing and shipping orders. We will inform you about any shipping delays during such periods.
